With over twenty years of leadership in the pharmacy and healthcare sectors, Tim Johnston brings strategic insight and operational excellence to Quality Aesthetics through his role as Chief Commercial Officer of our sister brand, Quality Compounding Rx of America. A graduate of Colorado State University, Tim has a passion for creating scalable solutions that elevate patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards in safety and compliance.

Tim specializes in commercial strategy, partnership development, and regulatory operations within the compounding pharmacy space. His leadership ensures that every product and protocol we offer at Quality Aesthetics is backed by pharmaceutical rigor and built on a foundation of trust, innovation, and care.

With deep experience in compounding pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy leadership, Drew Warther brings a practical, patient-focused approach to Helios-Rx. As a licensed pharmacist and experienced operations leader, Drew has spent his career helping build pharmacy teams and processes that support safe, accurate, and timely medication preparation.

Drew’s background includes leadership across sterile and nonsterile compounding, pharmacy quality, and continuous improvement. His experience leading large pharmacy teams in highly regulated environments gives him a clear understanding of what matters most to providers and patients: reliable service, consistent quality, and confidence in every medication dispensed.

At Helios-Rx, Drew is focused on building a pharmacy operation rooted in accountability, care, and doing things the right way. 01 — How do I fill a prescription at Helios Rx?

Your provider can call or fax a prescription to us. Or, if they provide a hard copy, you can drop it off at the pharmacy and we will start the intake process.

02 — How can I pick up or receive my prescription?

Prescriptions can be picked up at our convenient north Scottsdale location off the 101, or we can ship directly to you. Overnight options are available for an additional fee.

03 — How do I transfer my prescription to Helios Rx?

All compounded medications require a prescription. Providers may phone, fax, use EMR, or provide a handwritten prescription. We recommend having your provider send directly to our pharmacy to streamline your experience.
