Your provider can call or fax a prescription to us. Or, if they provide a hard copy, you can drop it off at the pharmacy and we will start the intake process.

Prescriptions can be picked up at our convenient Tempe location at 1711 W. University Dr., Suite 159, Tempe, AZ. 85281, or we can ship directly to you. Overnight options are available for an additional fee.

All compounded medications require a prescription. Providers may phone, fax, use EMR, or provide a handwritten prescription. We recommend having your provider send directly to our pharmacy to streamline your experience.

Pricing for compounded medications varies between different products, dosage forms, and the number of ingredients used. Contact the pharmacy for specific pricing information.

Most prescription insurance managers do not cover compounded medications. We are happy to provide all prescription details if you'd like to pursue direct reimbursement from your insurance.

Refill by calling our staff, using the automated phone refill system, or clicking the Refill Rx button on our website. Do not enter leading letters or zeros at the start of the prescription number.

Compounding pharmacies are allowed by the FDA to create patient-specific medications that don't exist commercially. Medications are tailored to the unique medical needs of each patient — including adjusting dosage forms, strengths, and removing allergens.
